Well, after nearly a year of technologically enforced hiatus, I am back!  New computer, new camera, and even a tablet.  I am ready to be a deviant once again!  Go me!  In the time I have been forced into deviation exile due, it seems, to a hardheaded laptop that didn't want to upload, I have become more active on other sites.  I am doing more on Facebook now.  You can find me as Feywinds there.  The icon is my Himalayan, Yana.  I am also Youtubing now.  Not that I have much up there.  I am working on making some tutorial videos. I have a few charm updates up there too.  Feel free to look me up.  KT Silver on Youtube.  I have a lot of stuff I am going to be getting up here in the next few weeks.  Bear with me.  I still have to download Gimp so I can get back to editing my photos.  I was going to buy Photoshop this year....but I got too cheap! lol  Maybe in June.
If you are interested in commissioning a piece, feel free.  I am just a bit backed up at the moment, but I will get to you!

Lol, I've been seeing them on FB. I love seeing the progress. I think it will be so pretty when it is done. You have the cutest house. And I wanted to fave everything you posted, but I was a good girl and restrained myself. I have so many things to upload....I wish dA would get its act together. :(

I'm so glad you're enjoying the porch pictures! I also think watching the progress is exciting but I admit I'm enjoying this three day weekend with no contractors at my house. They're all really nice and polite but I can be kind of a hermit and I like my privacy...Oh thanks about my house - I think it's cute too - I was so drawn to it because it had an old fashioned front porch. Kind of ironic that the porch wasn't built properly and it came back to bite me 8 years later. I'm just so grateful I caught it and got it repaired before it fell down and damaged the roof. Owning a house is an adventure sometimes but I am ever grateful for my own little house...

Oh by the way Dan got hired for a job! I don't know how long this will last because he really wanted part time and this is full time. But at least he will finally be earning some money and have a reason not to sleep all day. The job is a car porter for a car dealership, moving the cars around the lot. He loves cars so it's a good place for him to be until acting work or a better regular job comes along.

My hope is that if they get to know him and like him there, maybe they could adjust his hours to a part time status. He wants to work but he also wants some free hours every week to go on auditions now that he'll have the money to go into New York City to do that. I'm behind him 100% that it's too soon in the game to give up on his dream and devote himself only to a full-time job. He only just graduated with the theater major - he needs to at least give it a shot. We'll see what happens...but thanks again for the plants you sent him - I do think that they and your good energy had a positive effect. He'll hang onto them for future interviews/auditions.

Oh well, even though I got a second wind around dinnertime, I've been thoroughly exhausted today after last night's gig at the shore. It was totally fun but I'm not a night person and I didn't get home till close to midnight. I felt like I was sleepwalking most of the day. So I think I will go chill with Summer for a while...Hope you had a beautiful day :)
